Responsibilities:
• Report to HSE Manager.
• Monitor and enhance the company’s HSE standard and the provision of an HSE advisory & support service to the operational line.
• Update the company record for HSE statistics.
• Regularly conduct site visits to monitor the day to day work and facilities.
• Employee training and support.
• Participate in all major exercise drills, audits and communication.
• Monitor and update company health documentation as per regulations and procedures.
• Communicate government health regulation to all employees.
• Compile clients HSE monthly, quarterly and annual HSE statistics and ensure that all is reported on time as per client requirements.
• Review and report progress against HSE plans and objectives.
• Participate in development, review and enhancement of company HSE training courses.
• Aid line managers in the investigation of incidents and near misses where required.

Participated at senior project management meetings and board reviews; responsible for invoicing, cash flows and budgets; liaised with international crews, management teams and clients. Monitoring, developing and compilation of Contractor Safety Management systems including evaluations and audits of contractors, including pre-qualification and development of birding documents.
• Strong working knowledge of Kuwait & international Health Safety & Environment regulation, laws, standards and guidelines.
• Promotion of HSE awareness and culture within Company Organizations.
• Develop HSE campaigns to ensure is HSE culture is disseminated to all personals.
• Implementation, monitoring of HSE management system and internal HSE Auditing.
• Incident investigations including root cause analysis, corrective action tracking and closure.
• Understanding and the use of the Operations Safety case, PWT system, Risk Assessment, Risk Registers and job safety Analysis.
• To participate on HSE sub-committee meeting with contractor and concern sections.
• Noise control monitoring, chemical management, & lifting operations.
• Review and revise HSE procedures, participate in HSE-MS Audits.
• Develop in working knowledge of issue related operational/process safety.
• Solid waste management classification, Assessment and Effect Control Segregation & Disposal.
• Planning yearly HSE activities as per objective & targets.
• Establishment of Emergency Response System
• Compilation of yearly HSE liabilities as per operational and project executions.
• Active role in the development and implementation of HSE Integrated Management System.
• Compilation of weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE performance Statistic and annual report to top management coordination, assistance and leading team for overall Occupational Health performances.
