The Project description:
Construction of new navigable waterworks, consisting of a blind dam, spillways, navigable lock, nsvigable channels, coast-protecting facilities, and infrastructure.

- Prepared the detailed site work plans and method statements.

The Projects description: Reconstruction of pipe canal shafts and wells of municipal waste water sewerage, in coastal area.

- river-channel straightening and river training,

- channel-cleaning, sweeping, bathymetric survey;
- pilot charts development and issue,
- new river navigation development;
- river engineering design and analisis.
Total length of managed inland waters: 500 km.

Was awarded with personal salary rate, by decision of State Waterways Head Office.
Responsibilities:
Hydraulic structures' laboratory research and field observations. Subject of the researches: navigable locks.
Analysis of the observation results and preparation of technical reports.
Name of Program: Postgraduate Study. Subject: Steel Sheet pile Bulkheads, foundation beds thereof and interaction between the structure and soils. Skills obtained: soil mechanics practical tasks solutions, numerical experiments, structural design and analysis of steel sheet-pile bulkheads and retaining walls.
Speciality as per Degree: Hydrotechnical Construction of Water Ways and Ports. Master's Degree in Civil Marine Engineering. Qualification: Civil Marine Engineer, with the Right to Execute Civil & Erection Works and Underwater Operations. (It is locally adopted to name the said skill as: civil hydrotechnical engineer).
