• Provided maintenance for 2, 500 facilities, including preventive maintenance inspections every 30 days or 180 days
depending on the type of facility.
• Performed technical inspections of buildings to insure proper building codes and standards were met.
• Generating/Executing/Tracking/Closing/Archiving of: PPR-PBOE (Project Assessment/Basis of Estimate Reports for Civil
and Logistics Projects) SOR (Service Order Request) LOTD (Letter of Technical Direction) TIR (Technical Inspection
Reports) PMR (Preventive Maintenance Reports)
• Held daily tool box safety meetings and ensured that the jobs were done safely each day.
• Ensure department is in compliance with Bench Stock Material Control Practices, record inventory on the ICL (Inventory
Control Logs), document consumption on the MCL (Material Control Logs). Track incoming OR’s (Order Requests) against
Work Orders pending materials for completion. Managed inventory and the lumber yard.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and DynMRO experience.
• Received OSHA 30 and 24/40 Hr. HAZWOPER certifications.
• Estimated and coordinated camp closure.
• Supervised dally Operations of Carpentry shop, including Service work orders, ACL’s
• Experience in job estimating planning and expediting of labor force and material assets for projects of all sizes and
magnitudes.
• Thorough knowledge of drawings, blueprints, plans and associated documents.
• Supervised expats, foreign nationals, and local nationals workforce.
• In charge of all Safety and Government compliances for the carpentry department.
