The project is construction of multipurpose Moruj-Smouha green city compound which consists of 192 buildings (2B+G+M+13F) and 340 villas, all are constructed on 172 Hiktar of land, including infrastructure works, roads, landscaping and mega substation, all constructed by Egyptian Army and 20 Developers.
Our main task is project management and quality assurance as we are the Egyptian Army representative.
the project is to increase the width of Sidi Gaber wave breaker to allow the construction of a new mall called (the walk). This extension and modification works executed in a very hard weather and very bad climate as the waves and rain was the main constrains to succeed in our plans.
The project is construction of a commercial building (5B+G+3P+22F) will be used as Dukhan Bank Head Quarter. the building is constructed in Lusail district which has special regulation to be strictly followed.
in this time COVID-19 pandemic reached to Qatar and we fight it with all means till we succeed to achieve our target.
The project is construction of 4 hotel towers \{5B+G+3P+(25-48)F\} for marriott, obroy and retaj the area was in the city center which was surrounded by 4 main roads which makes my life difficult to arrange the supply of materials on timing schedule to not to disturb the traffic. following the design drawings to get it on time to achieve my work schedule.
the project is modification and alteration to convert an existing residential building (3B+G+37F) to a commercial building (fully furnished apartments).
the target was to handover all types of mock-ups to the client to allow him to purchase the furniture as per the approve interior design and approved mock-up sample.
the project is construction of multipurpose city (Madinat Mwater) phase-1 consists of showrooms, residential units, infrastructure works, roads, landscaping, holding tanks and substations.
the project was on delay when i took the charge.

the project is construction of 4 buildings on 4 different plots (5B+G+10F) in lusail district and were near to the sea which makes the de-watering operation is challenging one. more over the lusail city utilities were located very near to the plots deep excavation which makes the excavation and piling activities are very difficult.

each project has his own points of challenge and construction methodology and logistic plan.
construction of 4 mega projects well known in dubai as movenpick hotel & spa and oceana residences 9 buildings (3B+GF+17FL) and tiara palm dubai hotel and residences 9 buildings (3B+GF+17FL) and truck & service tunnel (1.5 km length) and jumeira beach residences 13 buildings (3B+GF+5P+52FL).
all above projects have their own points of challenge.
