• Manage all phases of Project Management for Work including Engineering, design, construction, quality control, staffing & cost control.
• Participate and support the project team for accurate, timely and compliant contract procurement, contract negotiation, contract execution and closeout.
• Outline project controls requirements and assign tasks to the team.
• Development of a dynamic work plan by giving advice, recommendations, referring to specifications.
• Review Project schedule, follow up progress and ensure the planned target as achieved.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Set project objectives and contributed to the evelopment of a comprehensive project plan.
• Monitor and Control Sub-contractors performance to ensure the work quality progress, work cost as per the project specification and schedule.
• Assessing the Sustainability and Environmental Impact of Projects Ensuring projects run smoothly and Structures are completed within Budget and on Time.


• Conducting regular Site meetings with subcontractor(s) for availability of required material and resources and look ahead Schedules.
• Recommend recovery plans and confirm the schedule, quality, and cost.

Construction & planning of highways, asphalting, pipe lines & utilities

Directed multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Planning, coordination, and management of construction projects from inception to completion.

Constrution of irrigation lined channels, culverts, syphones, pump stations, 650 unit housing compund complete with all facilities, i.e. power, potable water, sewer and drain systems
