• Responsible for debt collection, direct and indirect communication with
customers, following up on judicial procedures to pressure the defaulting
customer to pay his debt.

• Pursuing non-performing loans
-Supervising the work of the branchs lawyers
-Implementing and organizing bank contracts

• Supervising the work of ATMs and everything related to ATM cards
• Organizing records of purchases and expenses
• Supervising inventory and final and daily budgets

المسؤوليات: الإشراف على إدارة المخاطر الائتمانية والتشغيلية داخل البنك، والمشاركة في لجنة التسليف لاتخاذ قرارات منح الائتمان وفق أسس تحليلية دقيقة. متابعة تقييم الجدارة الائتمانية للعملاء وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات المصرفية والضوابط الرقابية، إضافة إلى دعم الإدارة العليا في تحسين جودة المحفظة الائتمانية.
الإنجازات: المساهمة في رفع جودة القرارات الائتمانية وتقليل نسب التعثر، تحسين إجراءات تقييم المخاطر وتطوير آليات منح التسهيلات الائتمانية، وتعزيز الالتزام بالمعايير الرقابية والسياسات الداخلية بما انعكس إيجاباً على استقرار المحفظة المصرفية.
