employer branding).
2. Work as an internal business partner (Building permanent relationships while following department
regulations & corporate values).
3. Build & update recruitment database divided upon expertise for Egypt & MEA branches.
4. Initiate internal & external recruitment hiring needs with departments annually via Oracle software.
5. Generate manpower analysis chart for approval with projects planning department whether internal /
external hiring needed.
6. Initiate staffing requisition sheet to be signed with technical requesting manager illustrating cycle job
title grade & requirements based on job description including special project expertise requirements
& request update if needed.
7. Source resume’s according to projects in Egypt & Middle East branches.
8. Initiate, conduct & expedite internal & external recruitment processes.
9. Conduct the selection process using automated assessments, interviewing (CBI, Personality, &
managerial fit via Personality & Leadership Qualities & core corporate values cultural fit) &
negotiate recommendations with hiring requesting 10. Shortlist recommendations, recommend backup list & rotation for potential candidates to other
vacant opportunities.
11. Update recruitment annual progress visualization report.
12. Liaise with personnel department for post hiring status analytics (Voluntary & involuntary
turnover).
13. Follow up with departments via SharePoint and intranet grievance system as a post hiring quality
management monitoring system regarding underperforming employees & complaint system via
SharePoint.
14. Manage, expedite & conduct internal recruitment process as relocation and career path
development via Oracle job posting system connected with SharePoint & work with graphics
department for the internal mail job post design.
15. Administer & visualize workforce career development assessments results shared with training
department for execution.
16. Administer recruitment & selection Ministry of Petroleum Processes & Petroleum Sector
development programs serviced & held by ENPPI at premises.
17. Manage, correspond, administer, expedite and conduct external recruitment, sourcing & selection
projects with KSA & UAE HR personnel team and HQ technical departments being managed by the
PM being managed according to HR delivery services project management timeline.
18. Assist department manager with OD & PMS tasks.
