• Follow up the status of spools, field run pipes, and pipe supports through daily updated Excel file from fabrication workshop and painting yard and coordinating for transportation these materials to site.

• Training of manpower (how to achieve high progress with quality in piping erection and also solve erection problems).

• Follow up fit up and welding of pipe lines with pipe supports in place and erection of other field materials according to the Iso drawing or As Built.
Where, the quality in piping erection is top priority to release test packages for test.

• Coordination with scaffolding groups to make access for assembly the piping lines at any elevation.

• Coordinating with QC department to cover any required NDT or Heat treatment.

• Coordination with engineering department to divide my piping scope into test packages.

• Close punch items (A items) (release test packages for hydro, service, and visual test.) (Minimizing of A items as possible is my top concern).
