• Managing full MEP scope including HVAC ducting, chilled water networks, plumbing systems, drainage networks, firefighting, electrical power, and low-current systems
(CCTV, access control, data, BMS).
• Leading design review, shop drawings, material submittals, and coordination with consultants and DGDA representatives.

• Managing testing & commissioning for all MEP systems, including flushing, pressure testing, continuity tests, insulation resistance, and functional testing.
• Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, procurement tracking, risk assessments, and project dashboards.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all MEP works aligned with project milestones and DGDA requirements.

• Review and Study project documents, Specifications, Tender drawings.
• Plan the project Engineering methodology and submissions of the shop drawings, Submittals in
accordance with the project baseline program.
• Monitor and control the material procurement process in coordination with the procurement
team to match with the project program and actual running activities.
• Process and ensure payments such as monthly payment certification and sub-contractor
payment certificate are precise and submitted in a timely manner.
• Preparation & Submission of MEP Interim Payment Application
• Prepare MEP Daily, weekly, and monthly report.
• Prepare variation claims including format attachment and all necessary requirements for
justification and substantiation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure materials on site are delivered on time.
• Ensure all the work of subcontractors is carried out in accordance with the contract.
• Facilitated processing of RFIs submittals and change orders among the sub-contractors, the
owner, and the owners consultants.
• Monitored the safety of all construction activities, making on-site personnel safety the top
priority.
• Complete the project, handing over along with the Close out documents, O&Ms, Warranties,
Training.
