•Arrangement and verification of commercial docs (Certificate of Origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, authorizations and certificate of conformity (SABER etc.
•Maintaining calculation reports for consolidation shipments (LCL) with proper distribution of charges to consignees.
•Weight, Volume and cost calculations of shipment to be moved.
•Reserved necessary space on ships and aircraft based on transit time, routes, nature of goods and security needs.
•Effectively communicate with clients and responding to their requirements.
•Timely update the clients with new tariff rates, free time allowed by the shipping lines and demurrage, detention penalties.
•Analyzing the empty container pick up and return reports.
•Timely update the clients for the special approval (SFDA for food and Dangerous chemicals) needs prior to book the shipments.
•Container reconciliation from EIR (Equipment Interchange Report) to DOT (Drop off Ticket).

Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.
•Resolve student’s complaints about food quality or service.
•Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards, and keep appropriate records.
•Monitor actions of staff and students to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations are obeyed.
•Assist Hostel Warden to maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping records.
•Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
•Select or create successful menu items based on many considerations, and assign prices based on cost analysis with coordination of students and hostel warden.
