* Ensure timely payment by preparing and agreeing on valuations according to contract terms.
* Collaborate with package managers, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
* Analyze and report on cost reports and cash flow for project management.
* Evaluate subcontractor payment applications based on actual progress.
* Generate monthly and weekly reports to track project progress and financial status.
* Attend progress meetings, provide cost projections, and monitor the project on-site.
* Take off and Verify quantities for civil and MEP work.
* Identify and document variation items following contract conditions.
* Create Bills of Quantities tailored for subcontractor packages.
* Develop financial plans for additional project requirements in line with specifications.
* Create detailed project cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
* Visit the site as needed to assess progress, Material status, and prepare payment applications, including variations and fluctuations.
* Prepare interim payment certificates for subcontractors in accordance with contract terms.
* Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors or reporting heads.
