Job Responsibilities
Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are meet.
Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.
Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSE Manager for promulgation to the management
Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.
Promotes safe practices and enforces safety guidelines at the job site.
Oversee workplace repair, installations, and any other work that could harm employees' safety
Report any Outages and Shortages related to hazardous situations or Firefighting programs.

Responsibilities
•Responsibilities Conduct HSE inductions and issuance of T-cards to new and visiting personnel on site.
•Enforce the use of correct and fit for purpose PPEs.
•Ensure that works are carried out according to lay down procedure as directed
•Follow up all HSE corrective actions Anomalies, inspection and incidents.
•Ensure all requirement of PTW operation are fully implemented at work site before commencement of work.

•Ensure all requirement of PTW/SIMOPS operation activates are fully implemented at work site before work starts.
•Perform HSE inspection and prepare inspection report for site HSE coordinators approval.
•Ensure daily toolbox talks are carried out by workers before work commences.
•Follow up all HSE corrective actions from incident, anomalies and inspection.
•Ensure all safety equipment on site is available and are in good condition.
•Ensure good housekeeping, PPE, compliance and standby boat on ground for all over-board operations.
