Orbital highway project, Contract -2. Salwa road to North relief road, Doha, Qatar

Construction supervision of Highways and Structure works including Flyover Bridges, Pedestrian Bridges, Utility culverts and Storm Water Drainage System (Collecting Chambers, Open RCC Drains, Cover Drains and RCC Pipe Culverts), Pumping stations and Electrification Work etc. Preparation of PC-1s, Variation Orders and Revised Estimates, Escalations etc in reference of FIDIC Guideline. Correspondence/meetings with higher officials and preparation of monthly/weekly progress Reports.Staff management.

Supervised different infrastructure schemes like Buildings, Roads and WSS funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB), under Barani Area Development Project, DIU Lakki Marwat .

Construction supervision of 11 spans Bridge & approach Roads Project near Lakki Town, Lakki Marwat. Checking of shop drawings/ bar bending schedules, Material testing which includes gradation analysis, modified proctor test, Tensile Steel Test, Compressive Strength of Concrete and CBR to ensure the quality of work as per design.

Planning, Management and Execution of work as per given design and specifications. Management of manpower and machineries. Preparation of Contractor IPCs, EPCs and claims.
