• Floating tenders, appointment and release of contractors/service providers/ personnel and monitoring contracts for compliance and cost controls. Over looking and assessing fit-out works and building improvement projects. Auditing the performance of contractors and ensuring the assets and facilities are maintained in a timely manner.
• Issuance and implementation of price schedule, tenancy manuals, fit-out guides whilst dealing with problem analysis, crisis management, dispute resolution and legal matters.
