Preparation of master Schedules for site activities through Primavera P6.
Updating Project Schedules and preparation of Recovery Plan to achieve the target.
Monitoring of Subcontractor’s progress and highlighting to management
Monitoring progress throughout project cycle and comparing this with projected schedule of work.

Monitoring & Controlling of Resources (Manpower, Equipment & Materials) of projects and ensuring proper allocation of resources according to budget & deployment plans.
Preparation of Performance Dashboards for Projects & Divisions & presenting to top management.
Providing critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections through EVM.
Arranging Monthly Project’s Health Review Meetings with Projects teams to analyze the projects
Closely monitoring Projects Actual Cost & comparing with Budgets, and highlighting to related Project In charges for deviations.
Weekly Productivity Analysis of Projects and taking necessary actions to improve Productivity.
Monitoring & Controlling of Project’s close-out reports, Revenue & subcontractor’s invoices.
Maintaining Overall Company’s Planned & Actual Cash-Inflows vs Cash Outflows.
Preparation of Company’s overall Budget and Approval of Project’s Execution budgets.
