Weekly Productivity Analysis of Projects and taking necessary actions to improve Productivity.
Monitoring & Controlling of Project’s close-out reports, Revenue & subcontractor’s invoices.
Maintaining Overall Company’s Planned & Actual Cash-Inflows vs Cash Outflows.
Preparation of Company’s overall Budget and Approval of Project’s Execution budgets.
