Appointed to stablish the new subsidiary in Moscow and create the business plan to strengthen the commercial relation with Russian companies and financial institutions, as well as consolidate PDVSA's position in the Eurasia region.

Position in the Coordination of International Affairs of the Office of the President,
providing advice in international business relations and energy policy.

Appointed to impulse the energy and economic relationship between Venezuela and the United States of America, especially the private commercial and finance relations tied with the energy field. Throughout the period between June 2016 and February 2017, I was appointed the highest-level diplomatic officer in the Embassy, paying function as Ambassador.

Assigned in the Office of the President of the Company and Minister of Oil and Gas performing analyses and reports focused on the Multilateral Energy Organizations.
