Transaction management throughout all stages of investment process: origination, analysis, due diligence, execution and exit:
- Negotiation of term-sheet, SHA, SPA;
- Management of transaction, incl. coordination of work with financial/tax and legal consultants, drafting.
Overseeing of investee companies:
- Board of Directors member;
- Hands-on involvement into operational activity of the Companies, including restructuring, refinancing and fundraising.
Coverage: mid-cap to large companies in various sectors (incl. Internet, TMT, Logistics)

Deals:
- Leading b2b last mile wireless operator;
- One of the largest taxi dispatch companies in Russia;
- Leading Pharma logistics Company;
- Leading railcar leasing Company;
- Leading automated retailer (Vending);

In-depth experience in analysis of IT-project related to (1) education sector (2) engineering (3) it-outsourcing.

Right after graduation from Master program, i joined Moscow team of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, who were positioned #2 after McKinsey in Russia.

I joined for an internship to participate in the project for metallurgical giant.

I was offered a position, however decided to continue with PE job.
