Job Responsibilities
- Managing a 45 member team of HUB Managers and HUB Admins across 19 Credit Operation units covering all Emirates across UAE.
- Managing MIS and Data mining for Loans/ Finances sourced through Panel Banks.
- Conducting timely review and implementation of SOPs for efficient process delivery for Auto, Personal Loan, Credit Card and Leasing activities.
- Engage with Al-Futtaim Brands and partner Banks to jointly develop marketing initiatives to increase market share and to offer better value proposition to customers.
- Managing Internal & External audits and adhering to Regulatory requirements and ISO standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Managing the Personal Loan portfolio profitability and driving new business volumes in line with Budget / Forecast.
- Launch campaigns to drive new business volume across brands/channels.
- Introduce new test programs / loan variants.
- Regular interaction with Risk and Sales team to align policy with portfolio and market behavior.

Heading Personal Loan Operations for Pan UAE
- Managing New Accounts Booking and Loan Operations (Life Cycle Management)
- Customer Experience Management
- Managing Loan Portfolio with a dedicated Collection team
- Supporting the Risk, Credit Ops and Underwriting team
- Supporting the Compliance Team in ensuring regulatory compliance with UAE Central Bank

Handling Insurance Administration
- Non Motor Insurance Policy Underwriting and Policy Issuance

Key Achievements

Product Launches
- Core member of the team involved in the launch of first consumer finance product for Al- Futtaim in UAE.
- Key member of the launch team for Middle-East first coalition co-brand credit card program (Al-Futtaim Credit Card).

Business Excellence & Process Improvements
- Successfully Managed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project at Al-Futtaim bringing in processes improvement and delivering significant cost savings.
- Part of the core team in the Successful ISO 9001 implementation for Al-Futtaim’s consumer lending business.
- Spearheaded the implementation of UAE DDS for Al-Futtaim’s consumer lending business.

My last assignment was with Barclays Investments and Loans India Ltd holding the post of Regional Credit Manager (Asst. Vice President) in Loan Against Property with a sanctioning authority of INR 1 crore catering predominantly to the Self Employed segment.

Prior to this I was holding the post of Regional Legal Manager, handling the Legal Collections all Retail Asset products viz, Cards, Car Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP etc for Barclays Bank.

Before joining Barclays in 2008, I was employed with GE Money and prior to that with Standard Chartered Bank and before that with Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd.
