Spearheading HR OPERATIONS for U.A.E of Damac Group.
Single point of contact for all staff from the time of onboarding till their exit.
Guiding and supervising a team of operation executives.
Responsible for implementing HR strategies and policies as per the management requirements.
Induction and orientation program for new employees.
Executing the Employment Contracts for the staff as per the UAE Labour Law.
HR General administration/Employee relations
• Provide information to staff on personnel policies and procedures, annual leave, HR rules and regulations or employees’ benefits and entitlements.
• Send employee announcements, such as employee welcome notes, announcements, promotions, transfers, and other memoranda, etc.
• Handling employee verification calls from banks regarding their salary package, designation, and length of service with the company.
Prepare and issue standard letters such as salary certificates, consulate letters, service letters etc.
Prepare and maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
Complete documents of all successful applicants for visa processing and submit to Administration Department.
Coordinating with concerned departments to arrange for visit & transit visas for new employees; medical insurance card, Labour contract, Labour card and residency visa.
Keeping abreast of the changes as announced by the UAE Government and updating the knowledge on UAE Laws & Regulations .
Arranging On-boarding process of staff (air ticket, initial hotel accommodation, joining formalities, business cards, parking card, email set up etc)
Grievance handling
Reports - MIS
• Maintain and generate MIS reports as per management requirements.
• Prepare and maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
Leave Management - HR Opal System from Net Solutions : Training the new entrants on the Leave Management Software.
Preparing Final settlements of the employees and Coordinate with the admin department for the visa cancellation of the exit employees.
Payroll Process Control
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
• Reviewing headcount for monthly payroll generation
• Ensure all payroll inputs are incorporated accurately.
Exit Process:
• Explain exit formalities to resigned/terminated employees.
• Forward full & final settlement for acceptance.
• Coordinate with administration and accounts department for visa cancellation and payment release.
• Repatriation tickets and passport release.
• Overall supervision of general office administration.
• Preparation of all correspondence and required documents.
• Coordinate with travel desk for official tours and travels.
• New employees - joining formalities, induction and orientation.
• Coordinate with HR manager in selection, recruitment, and placement of candidates in the organization and maintain database of selected candidates.
• Identify training needs of new and existing staff and define appropriate training programs for prospective candidates after discussion with the concerned department heads for the benefit of the organization.
• Coordination with top management and respective department heads in the performance appraisal process.
• MIS reports.
• Prepare and maintain personal file for each employee.

• Planning, organizing, and scheduling work in the laboratory
