- Budget Rent A Car Offices and maintenance work shop, one 2 story concrete building, 2 steel structure workshop hangers, and water filtration plant.
- Offices building at old down town high rise building, ( 3B+G+6 TYP.)
- supervising a 3 towers project, podium + G+26 TYP+27 TYP + 29 TYP floors) EMAAR Dubai.
- supervising the 54 G+5 Buildings at Al Qouz Area.
- Making sure that the progress of work as per the program of work.
- Maketing real estate for UAE locals.
