My role as an Employment Officer or Arbetsförmedlare" is to provide guidance and support to job seekers as they search for employment. This may involve helping individuals to create resumes and cover letters, providing information about available job openings, and coaching individuals on how to succeed in job interviews.
In addition to helping individuals find employment, I also provide support to people who are already employed but are looking to change jobs or advance in their careers. This may include offering advice on how to improve one's job prospects, providing information about training and education opportunities, and assisting with career development planning.
Overall, my role as an Employment Consultant is to provide support and guidance to individuals as they navigate the job market and pursue their career goals.
Key Responsibilities :Provide Management of the Business in the following:
- Plan / Budget:
• Track Monthly sales and accurately forecast sales for a rolling 90-day advance period.
• Review the pipeline of deals and get involved where necessary
• Review P&L of the office and maintain effective budget control of sales expenses.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition, etc.
- DOCUMENT:
• Participate in preparation of materials that clearly outline the processes and systems and ensure timely dissemination of the materials that may be utilized for sales, sales training, on-boarding, coordinating, and ensuring accountability.
- HUMANIZE- HIRE:
• Be an active participant in direct staffing, working closely with the HR team.
• Take a leadership role in assessments, interviews, and talent management to ensure that the sales team grows in line with hiring plans and company salary scales.
TRAIN:
• Train new sales employees as per the Bayt Sales process.
• Analyze training needs of employees.
MENTOR:
• Maintain a continual dialogue with the team focused on growing their capabilities and on promoting personal and professional growth.
• Work closely with the team, prescribe better systems and increase efficiencies.
