Managing the IT Operation Unit of Enterprise Technology which include the Infrastructure team, Release and Change Management, the Service Desk, Security and compliance, and Vendor Management.

I have lead lean transformation projects in IT Operations, Service Desk, and Release Management. I was also heavenly involved in lean transformation in the procurement, motor claims and contact center areas.

Other projects included: Risk mitigation program, new Datacenter with virtual servers. VDI environment, ITFM and cost allocations. building ITDR, and currently halfway through organization-wide BCP project.
