• Engaging with new clients and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Advising and granting new facilities to customers on products or services that best fit their needs.
• Gathering needed documents for study to be presented to management
• Handling retail customers' requests, and files from Housing, Personal, Car Loans, credit card, etc..
• Following up and executing Loans.
• Supervise the team of new joiners, follow up on their learning and training
• Handle customers' financial transactions, including cashing cheques, completing money transfers and opening and closing accounts
