AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

• Coordination with the technical section, the supplier, and consultant for all project BMS works, and revising the related technical submittals.
• Coordination with electromechanical materials suppliers to provide the BMS provisions in their equipment.
• Coordination with suppliers to provide the panels matching with the
projects specifications, final approved panel board schedules, control & monitoring BMS points, and correct components.
• Installation of CCTV, MOTION sensors, fire alarm system etc.
• Able to understand the diagram of electromechanical systems.
• Installation supervision of the project BMS works for electromechanical equipment for the following:
 All raceways, EMT conduits, and cable trunking for all project areas.
 All lighting and emergency lighting panels.
 All Main Distribution Boards.
 AHU’s and FCU’s BMS controllers, DGP’s installation,
 Pumps control through BMS and local control panels.
 Motor Control Panels assembly for different types of AHU’s and fans with different power rating from 1 HP up to 60 HP.

• Developing Specific activities such as follow:
• Preparation of System Configuration drawings for Automation System as per requirement of Process.
• Selection of Automation System as per I/O requirement, Type of Process industry and I/O Handling Capacity of particular Processor.
• Work Knowledge of PLC language in FBD, LD.
• Installation & Commissioning of panels - DCS, PLC and SCADA system.
• Work in accordance with a development plan.
• I/O listing or allocation of tags in software.
• Generate software documentation related to the I/O interfaces between the DCS/PLC Panel & various devices.
• Get P&ID or Mimics from customer for graphics development and to ensure engineering quality and arrangement of SCADA Screen (Graphic display) before delivering.
• Check all the logic by simulation before put the system online.
• Establish the communication between SCADA/HMI and PLC, DCS.
