Internal are same as my volunteer experience in REPID as office Manager but adding more to it is i am acting as public relation Manager in RDO.
External duties are:
Attending Meetings
Representing Organization at various conferences and seminars.
Maintaining Public Relation
Managing with external issues.
Responding to queries
Proof reading proposals and forwarding them.
During my academic career i was assigned as an official webpage Administrator of our our university, i monitored the facebook page for more then one year. My duties were
1: Monitoring and keeping the page up to date.
2: Responding to queries.
3: Managing Events updates.
Worked as volunteer in REPID, during tenure of my internship i learned a lot my duties and responsibilities there are listed below,
managing filing systems;
1: Depending on the organization, duties of the role may extend to the management of social media;
2: Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
3: Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
4: organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
5: Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
organizing and chairing meetings with your staff - in lower paid roles this may include typing the agenda and taking minutes, but senior managers usually have an administrative assistant to do this;
6: Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction;
7: Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload, often by using temping agencies; carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff; delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output; promoting staff development and training;implementing and promoting equality and diversity policy;
writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations;
reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed;
8: arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices; attending conferences and training.
