HR Responsibilities:
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for all Unicom branches.
- Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitments.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Establishing a proper organizational structure.
- Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decisions regarding the current resources.
- Ensure that all employees’ data and files are updated and comply with documents needed as set by labor law.
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
- Compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related question.
- Follow up the attendance system Coordinate the employee annual leave schedules and leave processing, and update all annual leave issues.
- Follow up the attendance in all Unicom branches.
- Communicate with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants and the public for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, and leaves.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
- Administer benefit programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
