I have joined Egypt Hotels during a change management transit period, while I was assigned to manage and finalize the following:
- All Org Charts and Manpower planning for 7 business entities with total manpower 600
- Apply a layoff plan for some Business entities and rehiring/transfer projects.
- Managing 2019-2020 HR budget
- Finalized the Corporate’s Employee Handbook, SOPs Manual, and in a
month time.
- Policies and SOPs manual.
- Finalized the Corporate Core Company’s matrix.
- Accomplished the Corporate departmental & individual KPIs
- Proposed the corporate strategic Success KPIs measures matrices for
the Chief executives levels
- Finalized 2019 employees’ evaluation and annual raise.
- Establish the Corporate’s Organization chart and designate the missing
functions and hiring needs and get it approved by the BOD in 1-month
time.
- Propose the Recruitment Budget and approve it by the BOD.
- Propose the Corporate Salary Scale (Job Levels, Grades, salaries) Vs.
Market price.
- Identifying the underpaid jobs and propose adjustment
recommendations.
- Finalizing more than 30% from the recruitment target in less than 1
month.
- Amend the Employment contract, Job offer, social insurance, accomplish
the Employee’s files and complete the HR operational standard forms.

- Establish the Corporate’s Organization chart and designate the missing functions and hiring needs and get it approved by the BOD in 1-month time.

- Proposed the Medical Insurance Proposal for getting it approved by the BOD.
- Amend the Employment contract, Job offer, social insurance, accomplish the Employee’s files and complete the HR operational standard forms.
- Started the Corporate’s Jon evaluations, Descriptions and prepare for 2019-Q4 PMS.
- Managed an internal transfers and promotions for designated team members.
- Managed, monitored and reviewed the monthly pay roll, bank transfers and cash final settlements.
Achievements:
Responsible for the end-to-end experience for standard and niche roles including but not limited to setting the recruitment KPIs, establish quality-result interviewing cycle, sourcing, screening, recruitment process, closing vacancies and stakeholder engagement.
- Modify Updated the Group entire recruitment process, procedures and policies to meet the fast strategic changes/goals of targeted manpower increase from 3700 to 4200 as to cover the turnover gab ratio across the group consist of15 BusinessUnitandmanpower3700employeeinbothKSA and Egypt (Cairo - Alex).
- Improve the recruitment by covering 80% from the for the medical and non- medical vacancies across the group with 47% hiring in the exclusive doctors, 24% in the hospital management and 29% in the non-medical shared-services vacancies (in a Target Time Plan 3 months)
- Manage and report the recruitment performance scores% by implementing weekly and monthly dashboard to each BU across the Group.

Accomplished 93% from the talent acquisition target hiring for all ruining projects and construction operation the Technical & Non-Technical Manpower.
