Responsible for Raya Trade Marketing Communications:
Define the marketing communication plan and budget to accomplish the marketing and the operations’ strategy in order to successfully introduce and promote Raya Retail products/services.
Manage seasonal strategic campaigns, including the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, above-the-line and below-the-line activities to ensure the execution of an integrated marketing campaign.
Ensure that all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines.
Plan, build and maintain relations with key accounts, partners, vendors, retailers, and distributors in order to stay connected to the developments and trends in the market.
Manage the execution of the marketing plan efficiently by leading multifunctional teams and manage ATL and BTL campaigns.
Manage the coordinating with external marketing agencies and suppliers for above and below the line activities.
Improve Retail stores (Raya-Raya Megastores-Samsung-Huawei-Etisalat) in-Store's visibility to maximize the customers’ experience and satisfaction during their purchase journey at our stores.
Determine new trends and opportunities in the market in order to maximize our revenues and margins needed to meet the profit targets established by the top management.
Conduct Market Research to maintain and increase our brand awareness and positioning and to ensure the best customers’ experience and that our competitive advantage is maintained and increasing.
Work closely in particular with the operations and merchandizing managers to deliver real insights about Raya’s base, competition and prospects and plan our partners’ marketing campaigns all together.
Manage Raya Retail’s loyalty program and improving weaknesses areas in order to achieve the best customer satisfaction experience and loyalty.
Member of the Internal Audit Committee responsible for quarterly audit actions on different departments to make sure that they undergo the processes defined and approved by the ISO
Responsible for Raya Trade marketing communications for its Retail and Maintenance stores
Managing the communication development of all designs, production and distribution of media releases, inserts, flyers, press ads, vouchers and other communications materials.
Ensuring that all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines
Handling in-store branding (Retail and Maintenance stores): supervising the designs and ensuring the quality of production and installation of all POS material, exterior branding, on-counter branding, backdrops, etc.
Managing seasonal strategic campaigns, including the planning and execution of radio, press ads and below-the-line activities to ensure the execution of an integrated marketing campaign
Coordinating with external marketing agencies and suppliers for above and below the line activities
Collaborate with the operations departments to ensure operational objectives are fulfilled within marketing campaigns
Responsible for Raya Elite Loyalty Program - Raya Trade’s consumers loyalty program
Continuously developing the program, including expanding the program’s benefits
Introduced the program’s bulk SMS communication with consumers to increase satisfaction
Work on achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction
Handling all customers’ inquiries and complaints
Member of Internal Audit and Quality Assurance committee - Raya Trade
Conduct process reviews and systems reviews on the performance of different departments to ensure their compliance with the standards of ISO.
Raya Mystery Shopping (Retail and Maintenance)
Handling Raya mystery shopping with marketing research agency to accurately assess the stores’ performance
Take the required actions
Perform follow up for agreed upon action plan and recommendations
Responsible for Raya Elite Loyalty Program - Raya Trade’s consumers loyalty program
Continuously developing the program, including expanding the program’s benefits
Introduced the program’s bulk SMS communication with consumers to increase satisfaction
Work on achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction
Handling all customers’ inquiries and complaints
Supervising a team responsible for conducting monthly operational audit visits for retail and maintenance stores in order to ensure compliance with operations policies & regulations
Reporting shops’ performance to the management committee and CEO on a monthly and quarterly basis
Provide recommendations to different departments
Perform follow up audits for agreed upon action plan and recommendations
Regularly updating audit visits checklists
Responsible for Raya Summit’s (Raya Group Annual Event) customers attendance management process, starting from the invitees list construction to the confirmation process
Conducted a comparative analysis on Raya Trade’s competitors
Handled Rayashop Facebook page - customers’ inquiries and complaints response
Handled a database project with Raya Contact Center
Conduct monthly operational audit visits for retail and maintenance stores in order to ensure compliance with operations policies & regulations
Reporting shops’ performance to the management committee and CEO on a monthly and quarterly basis
Provide recommendations to different departments
Perform follow up audits for agreed upon action plan and recommendations
Regularly updating and developing audit visits checklists
Documented and updated required processes and procedures for both Retail and maintenance stores
Monitored quarterly audit reports on all complaints solved by the call center regarding the maintenance service, reporting results and conclusions to CEO and management committee
