• Supports operations by supervising staff, planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
• Attending Project complains and forward it concerned person of our team.
(Relevant HVAC system, Fire & Safety, Electrical, Plumbing/Sewage, GAS, Boiler/steam, Miscellaneous.)
• Maintain record inventories, accounts and employee’s data.
• Make formats of log sheets and make sure the correct entrance of data.
• Maintain duty roasters & attendance record and send it to regional office Lahore.
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures.
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly).
• Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
• Responsible for the overall administrative functions of their organization and often oversee the support of executives, as well.
• Assigns work, provides direction to clerical staff and ensures that assigned tasks are completed. Ensures effective and appropriate clerical staff coverage.
• Monitors the performance of staff. Provides feedback on their performance and conducts performance evaluation.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Hardware installation & assembling, Troubleshooting & Windows, Software installation • Internet, Emailing.
