* Coordinate the daily activity of the Automotive Protection Claims team
* Assist in the collection of the claims receivable and other follow-up activities.
* Communicate with zone managers, district sales managers, and dealer representatives to ensure operations run smoothly
* Support global teams with service level monitoring and reporting
* Ensure that enquirers and correspondence are responded to within agreed time-frames
