NETWORK
* Manage and maintain the WAN/LAN infrastructure
* Provide support in the deployment and configuration of comprehensive routing and switching network

* Troubleshooting of WI FI network and device connected to WI FI networks.
* Good knowledge of ACLs and its implementation and security practices.
* Knowledge and familiarity with CISCO internetworking operating systems based router 2800, 2600and
3800 families
* Familiar with CISCO switch 2960, catalyst 3550, 3750 stackable, 3560, Cisco Catalyst 6500 and Cisco
Catalyst stack switches.
* Sub netting.
* Establishing static routes.
* Maintaining switches through STP and RSTP.
* Securing switch through port security, DHCP snooping.
* Upgrading firmware of firewalls.
* Analyze and troubleshooting Operational of Network to storage.

SERVER
* Provide server maintenance and support for windows server 2003, 2008r2, 2012&2016.
* Manages the day-to-day operations of the servers by monitoring system performance, configuration,
maintenance and repair. Ensures that record of the system downtime an equipment inventory properly
maintained.
* Setup and configure active directory on windows server 2016.
* Versatile technical proficiency in Microsoft server technologies including Active Directory Domain
Services, Group Policy Objects, Organizational units.
* Provided desktop support for workstation and laptops running windows 10, 8, 7 and XP.
* Provided technical support on security issues including patch management and antivirus protection using
Bit defender.
* Proactively monitor server and network.
* Installation of Antivirus, Patches & Updates.
* Creating Tickets, Using Arqam ticketing create below types of tickets as requested. Assign tickets to
respective team leads for further processing, Follow-ups the open tickets till its close, escalate to managers
incase needed.

* Password reset and password unlock of users.
* Check connectivity between client and server.
* Shutdown Activity, perform restart of servers on request from L2 team.
* Checking unauthorized Administrator access
* Supporting to FLS (First Line Support).

JOB RESPONIBILITY
* Develop trends by monitoring and analysis incoming calls, problems and support request.
* Maintain network facilities in individual machine such as drivers and setting of personal computer and
printers
* Return defective equipment to maintenance inventory, document customer, and repair, maintain and
restocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels.
* Configuration of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and active directory services
* Perform general maintenance task on computers, laptops printers and any other authorized peripheral
equipment
