Line Speed.
The extruder has been designed to run at 10 meter per minute and it was running a 7.5 m/min. Line speed was enhanced from 7.5 to 9, 9 to 10 and then 10 to 11.75 meter per minute.
Power Consumption
Over the period of three years power consumption was reduced 16 % from 0.789 KWH per finished Kg to 0.662 KWH per finished Kg.

Overall Equipment Efficiency has been improved
PE03 From 54% to 88%
PE04 From 90% to 98%
PPR From 74% to 94%
