• To collect sales data from sale executives and update the same in the system.
• Receiving (form sales team) and sending orders to inventory department and maintaining documents and updating system as well.
• To prepare Sale Analysis Report Cities & Regions wise (based on advance excel).
• To coordinate and follow up with internal and external sale team members (for remaining balance of the sales revenue i.e. Accounts Receivable)
• To keep up to date regarding inventory balance (based on more than 32 items) and sending orders to production department in accordance with market demand.
• To keep up to date factory General Manager and completing all the assigned task as and when required

Responsible to create and document the processes for all upcoming and current projects. Ensure QA for all the created processes and reporting methods. Given below is the short summary of the responsibilities at the current designation.
• To prepare detail analysis report regarding performance for clients and internal departments.
• Review functional specification document to make sure that proposed solution is in-line with the requirements.
• Develop Ad-hoc reports/Analysis and Business Objects (BO) Reports for internal departments and clients.
• Develop understanding of Critical Load and Dynamic Modeling (CLDM) and Reporting Infrastructure.
• Conduct Performance Optimization analysis of existing scripts, etc. to suggest and implement modifications and improvements
• Determine client’s needs and discuss the requirements in detail by considering existing system processes and end to end contracts life cycle. (Client requirements include business processes, calculations and accounting).
