• Carryout Planned Preventative Maintenance of dairy processing equipment including PHEs, THE’s, separators, homogenisers, CIP system, storage tanks and powder handling equipment.
• Maintain and repair to motors, control systems and valve feedbacks.
• Troubleshoot and fault find on dairy processing and related ancillary equipment.
• Assist in electrical modifications to plant.
• Working and responsible of UHT (APV-1, 2 Tetra pak Flex 100 and Alpha Laval, VTIS plant.
• Working and responsible of Water treatment process and also filling machine.(SIPA, Blomax Bottle Making Machines).
• Working and responsible of Cereal and milk powder plant EGRON.
• Working on Filling and packing Machines Related Infant Products (Wolf, Rovema Langen).
• Working on check weigher (Mettler Toledo).
• Working on x-ray machine Smith detection.
• Quarterly and annually checked instruments calibration and manage record.

Attend Technical Training Of X-RAY Machines Eagle Quality Assured (Smith Detection) Held At Royston UK. (After Training Commission 4 Machines On Nestle Site).
• Attend Siemens PLC Training Troubleshooting and Basic Knowledge Of Programming.
• Attend Technical Training Of GEA Milk Processing Equipment Clarifier, Homogenizer Separators. Special Training of Mix Proof Valves.

• In line dosing of Honey in Milk Evaporator take part in commissioning related Electrical and Automation (According to drawing make all connection of instruments, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Flow, Motors, Variable Frequency Drive, Pneumatic Valves, Proximity Sensors etc.)
• Take part in commissioning related Electrical and Automation of High Pressure Balance Tank in Evaporator Section and Lateral High Pressure Nozzle in Spray Dryer EGRON. Upgrade the PLC from Siemens to Allen Bradley.
• Take part in commissioning related Electrical and Automation of Roller Dryer # 3 Cereal Plant (According to drawing make all connection of instruments, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Flow, Motors, Variable Frequency Drive, Pneumatic Valves, Proximity Sensors etc.)
• Take part in commissioning of X-RAY machines Eagle PID Mettler Toledo. In 2013 I got training from UK Mettler Toledo Centre of Excellence; I commission successfully 4 machines on Nestle site without commissioning engineer.
• Take part in commissioning related Electrical and Automation of GEA Spray Dryer 5 ton capacity per Hour Mega project of Nestle Pakistan in 2013 (Its Including Spray Dryer EGRON, Falling Film Evaporator, 4 Wolf Duplex Milk Powder Machines 1 Bulk 25 kg Nucon GEA machine 4 Langen Packaging machines and 4 X-RAY machines )
