Lawrence’s Concept of Womanhood (December 2008) The research project analyzes D.H. Lawrence’s works (essays) to understand his concept of womanhood. Conducted under the supervision of Dr. Iftikhar Shafi, Assistant Professor, University of Karachi; Department of English.
Analysis of Working Class Variety of Urdu (June 2008) It was an extensive research project which lasted for 6 months. The project was a field work and was based on the interviews of people from low socioeconomic backgrounds such as hawkers, mechanics, loaders, carpenters, etc. It is a unique project as no one has ever worked on the working class variety of Urdu language before. The project was conducted under the supervision of Professor Kaleem Raza Khan, University of Karachi; Department of English.
