Project Description: The Depot Construction of Doha Metro Phase 1 Systems, Rolling Stock and Track work, Consist of Doha Metro Depot (Red Line) and Stabling Yard (Green Line) includes Construction of Utilities (Ducts, Pipes, Drainage Manholes etc.. and Technical Building Like Stabling Hall, Light & Heavy Maintenance, Traction Power & Administration, Plant & Pump rooms, etc..
Project Responsibilities:
1.Review of Bill of Quantities & Scope of work.
2.Review and recommend Monthly Interim Payment Application.
3.Review and recommend the claims related to Variations.
4.Review and recommend Day works & other Contractual Claims.

Project Description: The Lusail Light Railway Transit (LRT) Project is a transportation infrastructure project in proposed Lusail City development. The LRT system is planned to run through all the districts of Lusail City and intersection with Doha Metro. The LRT is approximately 38.5 kilometers of Track; 35 Transit stations; a Depot and one Viaduct over the Al-Khor Highway.

Project Description: The Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is a multi specialty medical center located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Scope includes Electrical & Mechanical works for Hospital Buildings 3P+G+21F (Clinic, D&T, and ICU& Patient Tower)
Project Responsibilities:
1.Quantity take-off of Mechanical services for various claims.
2.Preparation of Variation Claims, Day works & other Contractual Claims
3.Preparation of Star and Pro rates for new additional works.
4.Preparation of BOQ for additional major works.
Project Description: The Dubai Metro is a driverless, modern fully automated rail network in Dubai, UAE. Thescope includes Station & Tunnel MEP works for Red Line 27 station & Green Line 20 stations including TVS (Tunnel Ventilation System).
Project Responsibilities:
1.Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application.
2.Quantity take-off of MEP services for various claims.
3.Preparation of Variation Claims, Day works & other Contractual Claims.
4.Evaluation & Certification of Technical & Commercial Sub Contractor Claims.
5.Monitor the actual cost and compare along with budget.
6.Substantiation of Claims with Main Contractor.
7.Attending cost meetings with Main Contractor.
8.Agreement of quantities / cost for Monthly bill & Variation claims with Main Contractor.
9.Coordinate and monitor all interfaces between design, procurement and construction phases.
10.Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports to be submitted to Main Contractor, Clients & Consultants to cover up delays and bottlenecks.
11.Supports / performs project organizational and administrative activities.
12.Preparation of time delay to get EOT (Extension of Time) along with the variation.
13.Preparation of Star and Pro rates for new additional works.
14.Preparation of BOQ for additional major works.
