• Establish, maintain and follow up plans/networks and resources for new and established ATA/projects in accordance with Planning procedures and produce the project control procedures.
• Development and maintenance of the Baseline schedule for Client's approval including agreed S-curves and reporting formats
• Development of project specific procedures including Work Breakdown Structure and progress measurement methods in accordance with Client's requirements
• Assure that any changes related to the scope of the contract get implemented into relevant plans
• Implementation of sub-contractors plans into main schedule/plan including establishing reporting routines for sub-contractors and follow up of progress
• Ensure any deviation from the plans are promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored
• Ensure that Area and Corporate targets and reporting are complied with
• Actively work together with other Project Controls disciplines to ensure quality in deliverable
• Support bidding process with execution strategies, schedules and related requirements
• To promote HS&E responsibility within the team
• Planning the activities in accordance to level III plan and assigning tasks to different teams.
• Coordination with vendors for medication and rectification of steel structure works related to installation of equipments and instruments
• Attending meeting with client for planning four weeks ahead plans, setting targets and taking action according to the planned schedule.
• Participating in Risk Assessments and Feasibility Studies on Critical Activities in Brown Field.
• Ensures all PTW and SHSE protocols are implemented during execution of the job at site.
• Worked on key positions during Qatar Gas Shutdowns (Train 2 & Train 3)
• Reviewing the Method statements for the Steel Structure Erections and suggest the viable alternates.
• Guiding the Planning Department about the Procurement in such a way that Quality as well as progress will remain in the top priority.
• Coordinating with HSE and PTW teams for execution of activities in accordance to the HSE protocols
• Guiding the JRA team for the preparation of the JRA related to Steel Structure erection and making sure that this will be implementing on site as well.
• Responsible for the PM&S‐4 (area) Concrete Structure works, Steel Structures (2000 ton),
Equipments and Piping at ENVEN Project.
• Responsible for fabrication & erection of 750 Ton Steel Structure with an assigned team and certain resources at BHP Billiton.
• Assigning tasks to different teams to gain progress within the planned schedule.
• Attending the weekly meetings with the client and suggesting the target dates due to the vicissitudes in the drawings.
• Managing sub‐contractor to get there maximum output within the limited resources.
