Daily operation and line maintenance Engineering Apron service of Aircraft’s to routine in /A320/A319 fitted with
Maintenance and repairs to Engine, Landing gear, Flight control, Air-conditioning, Hydraulic systems.
* Disassemble, repair, and assemble mechanical and electrical equipment.
* Understand plant processes using engineering drawings and P&ID’s.
* Cooperate with co-workers and leadership apprised of work progress and difficulties as they arise.
* Perform shop audits as scheduled and area cleaning & maintenance as posted.
* Complete job assignments in a timely manner.
Perform inspection, repair and servicing of the airframe and engines on aircrafts.
* Carry out checking in A & C; Daily routine check, Pre-flight check and Turn Around checks.
* Daily operation and maintenance of A & C such as Air condition, Equipment Furnishings, Fire protection,
Flight controls, Fuel, Hydraulic, Ice & Rain Protection, Landing Gear, Oxygen, Pneumatic system, Airborne
Auxiliary Power, Structures and Power Plants.
* Considerable attention to flight safety and carrying out maintenance to indicate the aircraft is fit to fly.
AIRBUS A- 300, 320-238 Aerodynamic devices: Flight controls, Elevator and Rudder.
* Torque wrenches: Different values of torques to be observed as per Aircraft Maintenance Manual.
* Inspection Equipments: Different types of inspections to be observed as per Aircraft Maintenance Manual.
* Repairing and maintaining mechanical equipments Hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls and Air-
conditioning, Engine& APU.
PROJECT ACHIEVEMENT
Title : HYDRALIC SYSTEMS IN AIRBUS A-320 AIRCRAFT
Role : To Maintain the Aircraft Maintenance System
Description: The aircraft has three main hydraulic systems. They are identified as Green, Blue and Yellow systems,
Together they supply hydraulic power at 3000 psi (260 bars) to the main power users these includes the flight
controls, landing gear, cargo doors, brakes and thrust reverses. Services are isolated from the main supply. The
three systems are not hydraulically connected. Where possible they are kept apart to keep to a minimum the effect
of engine or tire burst, or other damage. They are no hydraulic pipes in the passenger cabin or flight compartment.
The three main systems automatically supply hydraulic power when the engine operates. The EDP is connected
directly to their related engine, and Blue electrical pump operates when any one of the two engines starts. It is also
possible to pressurize each main system with one or more of the auxiliary systems if the main pumps can not be
used. The Yellow electrical electric pump or the PTU can be pressurizing the Yellow main system. The PTU can be
pressurizing the Green main system. The ram air turbine can pressurize the Blue main system.
