ECG is Construction design consultancy and project supervision firm working in several parts of the world. I have been working with ECG in the role of Project Engineer/Proposals Manager for the Construction Supervision in the Construction industry includes High, Medium and low Voltage Low current Systems in High Rise building and Mega Complex projects. The responsibilities included as under:

• Participated and provided input during the design of MEP (HVAC, LV and LC) Systems during the concept and detailed design stage of Construction project.
• Actively provided input in the preparation of Tender proposal for Client by working.
• Participated in pre-award meetings with clients to resolve technical raised queries and negotiation of Contracts terms and conditions.

• Successful registration of new suppliers and vendors in Huawei procurement system.
• Making procurement strategies for several projects worth millions of US dollars.
• Successful completion of more than 60 Tenders for Engineering materials, services and human resource supply for Turn key projects.

A. Manager Strategic Projects at Telenor Pakistan

I have worked in Telenor Pakistan as Assist. Manager Strategic projects. During my Stay in the Job, I performed as under:
• Successful completion of three no. of Universal Service Fund Projects with Turnkey vendors as ZTE, NSN for 2G & EDGE and Power solutions as Solar Hybrid Power. The projects were subsidized for Telenor by Govt. Client, The Universal Service Fund Company.
• Successfully managed the introduction of new Vendor ZTE into Telenor in the ZTE GSM Trial Project which included the inter- operatabelity Tests with existing Core Network. The project included several BSCs and 100s of BTS sites.
• Successful completion of 2G & EDGE BTS Swap Project from Nokia BTS to Siemens BTS. The project also included the swap of Transmission equipment between to VSAT suppliers. The project successfully completed in Time without any un-planned Outage in the Live Network.
• Successful completion of the Telenor AJK Rollout Project with all KPIs achieved well ahead from the planned timeline. NSN remained the main vendor of the Project. The project included 2 BSCs and 64 2G, EDGE sites and Siemens as the backbone TRM supplier.
• Successful completion of Telenor Phase 1, 2 & 3 in the KPK region with NSN as main Vendor for 2G and EDGE while Siemens as Backbone Suppliers. Core also included Media Gateways from NSN and Cisco as IP backbone provider.
I have worked with Norconsult telematics, in the Telenor Pakistan project as Snr. BSS/TRN Engineer and achieved the following in this Role:
• Rollout Management of New 2G, EDGE BTS & BSC Sites in the North Region.
• Timely Escalation of Quality issues in the implementation of new Sites.
• Successful progress monitoring of new sites to avoid delays in the Project.
• Supervised and monitored the commissioning & integration of new BTS and BSC sites with NSN as main vendor.
• Recommendation of Transmission path changes in cases were Transmission dependent sites were late to avoid delay in Network launch.
• Carried out acceptance of BTS and BSC sites and highlighted Quality issues prior to hand over sites from Vendors.
• Support and guided Vendor to resolve quality issues in time for making the sites acceptable for handover.
• Resolved all pending issues on Client end to facilitate the successful completion of project in time.

Snr. Executive Engineer at Zhongxing Telecom Corporation (ZTE)
