ROLES DESCRIPTION
•Prepare verify and process invoices and coding payment documents for goods and services
•Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
•Review invoices to ensure that all the information appearing on them is accurate and complete.
•Generate monthly quartile or annually financial statement and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other account receivable activity.
•Prepare month end account reconciliations (primarily cash, accrual and prepaid accounts) .
•Prepare profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
•Other Accounting/Financial support as needed.
