a) Supervision during the installation of all the Mechanical Services including HVAC, Plumbing, Dewatering and Fire Protection in 4 x High Rise buildings (under package 5.07 and 5.08) in KAFD Project, SABIC and ITCC projects.
b) To provide site engineering and technical skills and expertise for the construction process.
c) Advise the team of any technical or engineering changes that could warrant a variation or cost change.
d) To raise technical queries where information conflict exists or is missing, and act on responses. Coordinate with other disciplines and predict any clashes among services which may occur during the installation phase.
e) Read and understand construction and other drawings, specifications and other technical information, and advise others of the same. Review the Mechanical Shop dwgs and provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
f) Provide assistance, guidance, support and supervision to less experienced engineers.
a) Site Supervision of all Mechanical Services.
b) Review of the Mechanical Shop drawings.
c) Check the quality of work and the material delivered on the project.
d) Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure that all work complies with the approved drawings and project specifications.
a) Participate in the design review of various mechanical works which includes plumbing piping, drainage and fire protection.
b) Go through the mechanical detailed drawings.
c) Check and approve the material submittals.
d) Check the quality of work on the ongoing projects and ensure that all work complies with the approved drawings.
Responsible for providing field maintenance to all dependent Army units residing in the area of responsibility. Main tasks were as follows:
a) Provide first line repair and maintenance of Military equipment in use including vehicles (all types).
b) Supervision of all the Repair activities undergoing in the workshop. Provide assistance, guidance and support to less experienced technicians.
c) Supervision of inventory control for the effective running of workshop repairs.
d) Training, administration and technical management of 150 plus technicians.
