• Steam Boiler Manufacturing of Coal Fired, Biomass Fired (Ricehull, Coco shell, wood chips and others) and Oil Fired Boiler (Diesel, Bunker, LPG and etc.).
• Prepare computations for the design of boiler based on customer and client requirements.
• Essentially involves translating and explaining highly complex technical information to customers and clients, focusing on revealing how a product or piece of equipment can solve specific problems.
• Make a technical presentation and proposal to customers and clients.
• Make sure that the governing codes are followed in the designed components of boiler.
• Prepares Bill of materials that contains the name of parts, materials specifications and quantities.
• Communicate with the site personnel for possible problems in the installation of the boiler components that needs urgent response in the form of revisions or rectifications.
• Prepares documentations for each project which involves revisions and minutes of the meetings and etc.

• Overall in charge in the daily operation of the company.
• Design and calculate HVAC and piping layout at Clean Room.
• Design and / or redesign of machines using Autocad.
• Conduct ocular inspection on installations of machines, HVAC and Piping works.
• Ensure that the machines installed are compliant to the specifications, drawings, and company procedures and standards.
• Directly involve in installation and maintenance work of all machines (ex. Steam Boiler, Air Handling Unit, Air Compressor, Dust Collector, Tableting, Capsuling, Blistering, etc.)
• Ensure that the necessary manpower, materials, equipment and tools are sufficient and available on site.
• Prepare the material quantity estimate for all supplied items and facilitate the necessary purchase requisition.
• Strictly monitoring of safety measures and precautions at site and provide the corrective action against unsafe matter.

• Basic knowledge in Japanese Language.
• Design, calculate (Pump Head, Air Loss, Machine Weight and others) and determine methods of installation flexibly with advanced mechanical techniques depend on site condition.
• Directly involve in installation work of all machines (ex. Air Handling Unit, Boiler and Pumps)
• Knowledgeable in HVAC and piping design and with a good knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Conduct ocular inspection installations and ensure compliance to specifications, drawings, company procedures and standards.
• Check all necessary drawings/details for possible problems or clashes with other trades prior to actual installation and provide solution to possible engineering problem.
• Ensure that the necessary manpower, materials, equipment and tools are sufficient and available on site.
• Prepare the material quantity estimate for all supplied items and facilitate the necessary purchase requisition.
• Site inspection for HVAC and Plumbing with the consultant (Smoke Test and Leak Test).
• Review of the design works, coordinate all inspections, and monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.
• Strictly monitor safety at site and provide the corrective action against unsafe matter.

• Review the Contract Plan, Bill of Materials, Tender Drawing and Contract Specifications.
• On-site inspection for HVAC and Plumbing systems.
• Site inspection for HVAC and Plumbing with the consultant (Smoke Test and Leak Test).
• Modification of Air Conditioning System at the QC Laboratory, including the installation of Automatic Doors and some Laboratory Equipments.
• Project execution and material take-off based on the drawings.
• Coordination and Issuing of the permit works.

• Supervision in installation and maintenance of Residential Buildings such as HVAC&R, Fire Fighting Systems, Plumbing and other accessories that included in the systems.
• Directly involve in installation and maintenance work of all machines (ex. Water Chiller, Cooling Tower, Fire Pump, Air Handling Unit, Pumps, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in HVAC and piping design and with a good knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Review the Contract Plan, Bill of Materials, Tender Drawing and Contract Specifications.
• On-site inspection for HVAC&R, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
• Site inspection for HVAC and Plumbing with the consultant (Smoke Test and Leak Test).
• Review of the HVAC design works, coordinate all inspections, and monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.
• Materials take off based on the drawings.
• QA/QC documentation, mechanical specification and installation to commissioning procedures.
• Inspection, testing and commissioning of all mechanical equipments.
• Attend consultant witnessing of installation and testing inspections.

Supervision in installation at RAS AZ ZAWR - RIYADH WATER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM approximately 600 Kilometers Length of pipes from Pumping Station 1, 2 and 3 to the Reservoir of Riyadh City. With other components in Pumping Station such as, Fire Fighting Systems, HVAC&R, Sub - Station, Pumps, pipes and fittings, valves, wiring, structural and supports, and other accessories that included in the systems. Responsible for the preparation of detailed engineering studies and plans, bill of materials or quantity, coordinate fabrication of components and the actual project management and implementation of simultaneous project.
Also: Third Party Inspection, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Shipment Release of all components in the project.

Supervision in installation and maintenance of Pressure Vessel(Boiler) such as, silo, conveyors, pumps, pipes and fittings, valves, wiring, structural and supports, and other accessories that included in the systems. With good knowledge in AutoCAD. Responsible for the preparation of detailed engineering studies and plans, bill of materials, coordinate design fabrication of components and the actual project management, implementation, commissioning and testing of simultaneous projects.
