− Preparation of Monthly Financial Scorecard report for management which highlights all components e.g., Revenue, Expenses, Receivables, etc. which includes monthly reporting based upon key figures.
− Quarterly and Annual Preparation, examination, analysis of financial statements and ensure its preparation accordance with company policies and applicable IFRS.
− Intercompany reconciliations with related concerned within the group
− Preparing monthly VAT reports based upon the prescribed framework i.e., standard rated, zero rated including Intra Company, out of scope and exports sales and purchases to report the VAT figures for each month.
− Dealing with the bank regarding LC payments from clients.
− Co-ordination and liaises with External Auditors during Interim and Annual Audit of financial statements.
− Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
− Reviewing the fixed assets register, recording all the movements and reporting depreciation figures.
− Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
− Checking cash book on daily basis.
− Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P, A/R and Journal Entries.
− Making accruals for closing the monthly accounts.
− Performing the day-to-day GL activities, reporting and analysis for the assigned areas.
− Weekly meetings with Manager to discuss collection reports, defaulters' reports, legal cases etc.
− Ad hoc financial reports as per management requirements.
