•Manage all middle & back office processes efficiently to ensure maximum Sales & profits for business, providing instant support to achieve targets.
•Analyze KPI and sale figures of branches, generating competition in teams by sharing YTD, QTD and MTD sale reports compared to the budgets.
•Reviewing monthly expenses of branches in order to keep expenses low and cost cutting awareness.

•Implementing S-LAP strategy (Stock loss action plan) in order to control theft, Shop-lifting and discrepancies in cash / stocks.
•Tracking cash collection and deposits of all branches to support Finance team.
•Ensure Stores Operations are in compliance with SOPs.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand requirements.
•Ensure all safety and security standards are met and reviewed periodically.
•Reviewing P&L reports, Pro-actively put in place action plans when targets are not reached.
•Communicate with IT team to resolve all IT related issues in retail branches.
•Preparing yearly budget plan, analyzing market situation and previous sale records.
•Monitor and analyze operating expenses on a monthly basis in order to achieve Profitability targets. Providing input in discussions related to business strategy and commercial activity calendar.
•Remain aware of trends & developments in the local market by being attentive, to information given by customers, to advertising and promotions in the media, visiting competitors.
Respond to customers, prospect enquires through email, phone and in person.
•Create P.Os and generate Sales invoices.
•Preparing job orders for production according to customer requirements.
