MEGA MALL SHARJAH, MINISTRY OF LABOUR UMM Al QUWEEN, MINISTRY OF INTERIOR KHORFAKKAN SHARJAH
Duties:
Patrolling and identification of hazards and suggesting control measures.
Ensuring the health and safety of mall maintenance staff and providing health and safety instructions during work.
Checking and enforcing the permit to the work of contractors those engaged in renovation and demolaton of shops and also ensuring their safety.
Checking the work of mall contractors and solving their health and safety problems those are working electric work, A/c maintenance work, maintenance of chillers, work at hight e g fixing sign boards and roof top work, maintenance of fire system, painting work, fixing hoarding, maintenance of machinery, lifts and escalator maintenance work.
Ensuring that all workers have required PPE and wearing all the time while they are working.
Checking the PPE of cleaning staff and wastage removal process
Reporting accident, incident and other emergency situation to company and client.
Liasing with the emergency services, police, ambulance, fire service to resolve issues and maintain security service.
Carrying out inspection of all location.
Enforcing the safety and security rules in the location.
Checking the fire fighting equipments and practice fire drill.
Fire fighting and evacuation of people in case of fire emergency
