❑ Responsible to address client requirements and have daily calls to ensure smooth
operations in archiving.
❑ Responsible for leading the team from offshore for the Development of new Archiving
Objects and gathering all the business requirements.
❑ Ensuring that projects are appropriately planned and executed.
❑ Responsible for creating and activating the Archive Infostructure to retrieve the
archived documents from the storage server.
❑ Performing Archiving for various objects to reduce the database size.
❑ Performing the validation to analyze the Table growth.
❑ Working with clients to determine project definition and business requirements.
❑ Ensuring the team is resolving/responding to emergency/high priority Issues by taking
a necessary action to resolve the issues on priority.

Roles & Responsibilities:
❑ Responsible to address client queries and have weekly calls to ensure smooth
operations in archiving.
❑ Ensuring the team is resolving/responding to emergency/high priority tickets and
coordinate with client and the IBM team to ensure closure of the tickets within agreed
SLA.
❑ Performing Archiving for various objects to reduce the database size.
❑ Performing the validation to analyze the Table growth.
❑ Performing the house keeping Activity by deleting the unwanted entries from the
various tables to reduce the Database growth.
❑ Monitoring all the archiving jobs, Taking the necessary actions if the job cancelled.
❑ Analysis of data growth in the system and have weekly/monthly calls with SME’s and
other stake holders from client and report the monthly reduction of the database size.
❑ Supporting the archiving Project as a critical resource for 24*7 and co-ordinate with
the other teams related to the archiving issues.
❑ Ensuring the data Archived at Documentum end from sap system based on archiving
objects successfully.
❑ Preparing the Archiving report on quarterly Basis.
❑ Ensure Archiving of data based on the archiving object in the Production system
accurately without any errors.

❑ Involved in Managing of Info Cubes, which involves Info Cube Content, Performance
issues like Indexes, Statistics, Compression of Info Cube and Rolling up the data to the
Aggregates.
❑ Involved in Monitoring and scheduling the Process chains and Ensure that all periodic
schedules like daily/weekly and monthly are successful.
❑ Monitored data loads with full update and delta mechanisms for both master data and
transaction data.
❑ Involved in solving problems regarding Extractions, Performance Issues and also Load
Failures.
❑ Reconstructing the data requests from PSA in case of data load failure.

Project Description:
A pre-defined amount of data will be migrated from the current (legacy) production
systems to the hosted platform. Data not transferred to the new platforms may need to
be stored with some form of enquiry access to the store, to meet business requirements.
Additionally, a limited amount of historical data will be provided in the new card platform
applications, by purging data that exceeds a given age. This project may provide storage
of, and some form of enquiry access to this stored data to meet the operational needs of
the business. Finally, CapitalOne is required to keep data to meet operational requirements
and to satisfy regulatory needs.
Responsibilities:
