• Monitoring KPI of schedule in Primavera P6 - BEI, CPLI, PV, EV and AV.
• Proficient in Asset Master Data Management, Governance, and SAP Maintenance Management practices for development of Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Item & Task List and manage planning and scheduling.
• Monitor the supply of material/components to meet production requirements and maintain the minimum safety stock levels by doing Inventory modelling of equipment's - maintaining proper Z1 level - VED- classification of vital, essential and desirable indicators to identify risks and opportunities. Review and gap analysis of critical spares and its availability.
• Publish MIS of REAM KPIs and SAP planned job compliance, Meridium recommendation, overdue, High priority job. Effective participation in REAM improvement process like work management, Annual planning, RCA, Online sealing management and Technical management. ·Equipment/FL categorization and tag generation. Maintaining Bill of Material (BOM).
• Coordinating with Site Maintenance Managers to ensure safe, efficient, quality maintenance on each site; adhering to industrial safe working procedures by following safety standards. Maintaining HSEF compliance (RESOP, CFA and MIQA).
• Strong exposure in reading and understanding SMP’s, PFD’S, SOP’S and all drawings with leveraged working skills on SAP, MMCS, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Power BI. And Primavera -P6.
• Prepare consumption plan and tracker for critical equipment spares for required spares availability.
• Budget preparation for shutdown and routine activity of SEZ unit.
