Responsibilities:
BIM Manager
• Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Create a roadmap for BIM adoption and integration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set up BIM software and tools for project teams.
• Ensure proper data exchange and interoperability between different BIM platforms.

• Oversee clash detection processes using BIM models.
• Resolve clashes and conflicts by coordinating with relevant parties.

• Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Verify that BIM deliverables meet project requirements.

• Understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns related to project interfaces.

• Document interface requirements, dependencies, and constraints.
• Communicate effectively with all relevant parties to ensure clarity and consistency.

• Monitor and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle changes to project interfaces due to design modifications, scope adjustments, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on other interfaces and adjust plans accordingly.
