Projects Description:
Improvement of Expo 2020 Roads Network,
Box Girder Bridges/Interchanges: 8 Nos.

Construction of free flow interchange (Expo Interchange) at the intersection of MBZ road and Expo road, Construction of free flow interchange (Airport Interchange) at the intersection of MBZ road and the future airport road addition of Collector/Distributer road along MBZ road.

Verifying structural shop drawings, Reviewing Geotechnical reports, method of statements & other project submittals.

Review and implement technical construction specifications, lead and assist the site teams, Sub Engrs. And Foremen to achieve the targets.
Ensuring construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes and design instruction.
To prepare Weekly/Monthly work schedule, Monitoring & Supervising all construction Works in the capacity of Project Engineer.
Ensuring and monitoring timely submission of all materials and drawing submittals.
Providing technical information and assistance to project and site staff.
Attending weekly and monthly progress and coordination meetings with client and consultant.
Coordinating technical sessions and meetings with Client, Consultant.
Monitoring and ensuring implementation of HSE and Quality assurance plan in liaison with project specifications.
Monitoring sub-contractors’ work activities.

Construction of 2 Nos. Box Girder Bridges between Muscat International Airport and Muscat Express Way. Each Bridge with 3 spans, 2 span with 30m Length and 1 span with 60m Length each.
Responsibilities:
weekly and monthly progress and coordination meetings with client and consultant.
preparation of work schedule, Monitoring & Supervising all construction Works.
Managing the Construction Team for better Quality and Progress.
Correspondence with Client.

Metro Bus Transit System (Lahore) and Flyover Construction (Gujranwala).
Construction supervision of all flyover activities including Pile, Pile Cap, Pier, & Pre cast Post Tensioned Girder, Diaphragms, Barriers, Deck Slab.
Construction supervision of Pre-cast Transom. Verification of BBS and Shop Drawings of different structures.

B) Sultanate of Oman (1 Apr. 2011 to Date)
Designation: Site Engineer
Construction supervision of various Road Structures & Mobilization Works with different Main Contractors.

a) Construction management & supervision of Bridges (Pier Columns, Diaphragms & Deck Slabs, 8 Span, Each 30m Long), Under pass, Box Culverts, Retaining wall & Slope protection works at Batinah Coastal Highway as Sub-Contractor with Makyol Construction Industry Tourism and Trading Co. Lnc. (Turkish Contractors)

b) Mobilization works (Structure Works of Batching plant footings, Ware house, concrete testing Laboratories, Wash pond settlement basin, Aggregate stockpile area etc) at Muscat International Airport Project with BECHTEL (American Contractors) & ENKA (Turkish Contractors) JV.

c) Mobilization works (Structure works of Batching Plant, RCC Grade Slabs for ware house & Repairing workshop, RCC Septic tank, Installation of block footings under porta cabins, laying water supply lines & sewerage lines connecting with manholes/water tanks, construction of manholes, Structural & finishing works of Testing laboratory & Kitchen etc.) at Dualization of Sur-Bidbid Road Project with STFA (Turkish Contractors)

A) Libyan Arab Jamahiriya (1 Aug. 2010 to 28 Feb. 2011)

Project of Construction of 2000 housing units in TERHONA near TRIPOLI

Responsibilities:
* To prepare Weekly/Monthly work schedule, Monitoring & Supervising all finishing Works
* Roof Insulation Works

Work Period: 1 October 2009 to 31 July 2010.

Construction Management & Infrastructures Development of Punjab Govt. Servants Housing Foundations (Client) Projects.

1) . PGSHF, Housing Society in Rawalpindi (2500 Housing Units approx.)
2) . PGSHF, Housing Society in Multan (2200 Housing Units approx.)

Responsibilities:
To handle and monitor all the office work regarding above mentioned projects in the capacity of OFFICE ENGINEER, from preparation of cost estimate to issuance of construction drawings, Monitoring of Construction activities & correspondences, preparation of Monthly Progress Reports.

3) AZ Engineers & Partners LLC (Sub-Contractor)

1) Mangla view Resort (Pvt.) Ltd. *Work Period: 21 AUG 2008 to 30 Sep. 2009*

Project Brief
Mangla view Resort Pvt LTD, a First water Resort Development in Pakistan, measuring approximately 325 acre of land area, is a mix development of 650 bungalows, 107 Semi-D houses, 500 Apartments, 10 Executive bungalows, Town Homes, two Five star hotels, Boat club, Golf Club, Riding Club and Extreme Sports club. Total Cost of Project is 500 Million US Dollars.

Responsibilities: To supervise all construction activities in the capacity of Site Engineer including: * Construction of 2-Storey Frame Structures bungalows (Earthwork, layout of building, preparation of Bar Bending Schedule, supervision of Concrete works, Brickwork upto Final finishes)
* Infrastructure works (formation of Sub-grade, Installing Sewerage/Drainage Pipeline, Manholes construction)

Construction of a 3-Storey building for Punjab School of Fashion Design.
